Please give a big welcome to Rachael who recently joined us at the Source as a Retail Tutor working on the Schools programme. Here our roving reporter asks her some searching questions.
So Rachael, please tell us a little about yourself
I am 26 years old and live with my boyfriend Mark & a cat called Miller (not my choice of name, Mark is an avid Rotherham United fan!).Although a psychology graduate I am a typical blonde with very little common sense.
What does your new job with source entail?
I will be delivering BTEC first diploma in retail for 14-16 year olds.
Where were you working prior to landing this plum role?
I was the concession manager of ‘Oasis' within Debenhams at the Meadowhall shopping centre, also when I was employed by ‘Gap' I was Alex Turner's (of The Arctic Monkeys fame) supervisor and he probably owes me everything!
How do you relax Rachael?
I don't...No really just the usual girlie stuff,shopping,socialising and reading (books not the Berkshire town!).
Finally Rachael the million dollar question....If you were a creature from the natural world what would you be and why?
Definitely a butterfly, They are so carefree, graceful and can fly..Now wouldn't that be great!
