Loren has a communication disorder called Autism, Loren copes extremely well with her disability, however sometimes finds difficulty dealing with social situations.

Loren came to The Supported Employment Project in 2006 and has since progressed enormously. Loren began a work experience placement at Boots in Meadowhall Centre. With specialised support from both the Boots management team and the Supported Employment Project Loren was able to gain paid employment.

Loren has blossomed in her working environment and has since needed very little support. She has become a valued member of her team and the Supported Employment Project is very proud of her achievements.
