Meet the Team - David James Meet David, Trainee Work Based Learning Tutor at The Source. David has recently joined the team, working with individuals and business across the region, developing their skills and ensuring they have the correct tools to be the best they can be in the workplace. 

David, tell us a little more about your role at The Source.....
I am training to be a work based learning assessor, which is quiet a mouthful when I am telling my friends!

What do your day to day duties include?
Visiting learners at their sites, observing and discuss things that could help them in their careers.

What are you enjoying most about your role so far?
Learning just as much as the people I am visiting and meeting all the new people I am working with at The Source.

What did you do before working at The Source?
I worked at the ARC for clipper logistics, in the warehouse and driving the wagons to retailers in Meadowhall.

What skills do you bring to your role?
I would like to think I am bringing my people skills to my role, aswell as a friendly and relaxed way of learning.

And the million dollar question for August...how are you at saving goals David James?
Hope I could not do any worse than my name sake in the world cup!
