VOTE FOR ZARA-LOUISE FOR MISS SOUTH YORKSHIRE!
The competition, designed to raise as much money as possible for local children's charity Safe @ Last, sees 22 young women battling it out with endurance, talent and creative tests to find the contest winner who will be crowned ‘Miss South Yorkshire' and entered for ‘Miss England 2011'. The grand final is on Friday 15th April at the Holiday Inn Rotherham and will celebrate the achievements and fundraising of the 22 finalists.
Zara-Louise, from Gleadless, Sheffield has already completed a Bootcamp at Rother Valley Country Park led by an ex- military soldier, completed a talent video, consisting of a Cheerleading tutorial to her fellow Sheffield Sharks Cheerleaders - the Sheffield Sirens, and did a charity bag-pack at a local supermarket, raising vital funds to support this worthwhile cause.
Zara-Louise's employer, The Source Skills Academy, is sponsoring her place in the competition, but contestants are required to secure as many votes as possible from the local community and she needs your support!
Zara-Louise said: "I am a firm believer in raising money for charity, especially local charities that involve the community, so fundraising for Safe @ Last is a great honour. I am incredibly proud to be in the competition and have already made many friends in my competitors! I have completed various tasks in the competition, including a gruelling bootcamp and a charity bagpack and my next undertaking is to make an outfit from recycled items. The whole process is so exciting and I am so grateful to the local community for supporting me in the competition."
