Meet the Team - Paul Flude Meet Paul, Recruitment Consultant at The Source Skills Academy. Paul joined the team back in December and has been busy supporting local businesses find the right staff for their business and help individuals into employment. This month, we quiz Paul on his daily duties and his pick of Easter Egg!

What's your new job title?
I am a Recruitment Consultant at The Source Skills Academy - sounds very posh, I know!

What does your job consist of?
I look after the retail recruitment for Meadowhall Centre which consists of advertising job vacancies, CV sifting, pre-interviewing candidates and ensuring I place the right people in the right roles. I also recruit for Apprenticeship vacancies, advertising roles for 16-18 years olds, arranging interviews, supporting with employability skills, CV development, interview techniques and confidence building.

How are you finding your new job?
It's brilliant, I absolutely love it! There is great variety to my role and I really enjoy speaking to new people every day. It's also really rewarding helping young people start their career and then watching them grow in their role throughout their Apprenticeship.

And the million dollar question for April... What is your choice of Easter Egg?
I would have to say a Malteaser egg! Malteasers are my absolute favourite chocolate. Let's hope the Easter Bunny is kind to me this year!
