Meet the Team - Beth Davison Meet Beth Davison, a Business Administration Assistant at The Source Skills Academy. Beth is responsible for three Account Managers and ensures their paperwork is tiptop to meet project requirements. This month our roving reporter quizzes Beth on her role and who she will be supporting during Wimbledon season!

How long have you been with The Source Skills Academy?
About 3 months, but I also worked in the hospitality team before I went to Costa Rica and Nicaragua to do some voluntary work; building houses and wells in remote communities with the charity Raleigh.

Where did you work previously?
This is my first real 9-5 job but before this I had lots of part time jobs whilst studying at university, including Cineworld and Sheffield City Council. Getting up in time for work was a bit of a shock at first after travelling abroad but I think I've been doing okay! I even won Business Engagement Assistant of the month and had the privilege of using the bedazzled mouse!

What does your job role involve?
I work in the administration team processing files for the account managers after they have been out on appointments.

What are you enjoying most about your job?
I just love the team! Everyone in our office is such a character that I never get bored and spend most of the day laughing...whilst working very hard of course!

And the million dollar question for June...it's Wimbledon season, so who would get your vote, Venus or Serena Williams?
I think it would have to be Serena. She has won more Grand Slam titles than any other active female player so that's pretty impressive, but really it's all about Andy Murray!
