‘I enrolled on the Skills for Jobs programme because I absolutely love retail. I wanted to improve my employability and gain more knowledge about the retail sector. I've met many people in the same situation as me and we've learnt together and bonded as a group. We support each other when completing application forms and going for interviews.

The tutors have made it easy for me to learn, encouraging my learning style. My ultimate dream would be to open up a fashion boutique.'
