Eduardo enrolled on a Train to Gain Retail qualification whilst working at Red Jewelers, Meadowhall.  Eduardo identified that his qualification increased his confidence and knowledge of his job role and he realised what effect he had on the business and how his actions influenced customer service.

Pleased with his progress, Eduardo said:
"The Train to Gain programme has enabled me to appreciate the importance of my job. Before starting the programme I just had the ideas, now I have the knowledge to back this up. My assessor is great; giving me the right level of support and guidance that I need. I'm looking forward to gaining my qualification and proudly showing my family and friends what I've achieved."
