Cassie Achieves Apprenticeship

Cassie and her employer chose a Customer Service Apprenticeship programme to enhance her skills within the organisation.  She enrolled on the programme and successfully completed all elements within 12 months.  She provided excellent portfolio evidence throughout, always doing above and beyond the amount of work that was set on each action plan. 

Cassie's motivation has lead to her progression within Miss Selfridge. She has successfully completed the standard and advanced levels of Arcadia Training whilst completing the Customer Service Level 2 element of her Apprenticeship Programme.

Through the support and guidance of her manager and assessor, Arcadia's in-house training programme and the Apprenticeship programme worked hand in hand which resulted not only in Cassie developing and progressing but the business also benefiting with the smooth running of the store.

Cassie has now progressed onto an Advanced Apprenticeship programme which again is matched to the criteria necessary for her to complete the top level Arcadia training, and has helped her move into a management role. Cassie is progressing well on this programme, producing excellent results and with the support of her manager is making changes within her store. On completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship Cassie intends to pursue the newly introduced Foundation Degree being offered through The Source at Meadowhall.
