The Source Gym Team have been pursuing competitions over the last two months, coming 3^rd place in the FLAME Awards and 2^nd place in the Technogym Olympic Challenge.

By coming second place in the Technogym Olympic Challenge, the team won £1000 towards the purchase of kit or merchandising.

The team came in the top three at the FLAME (Fitness Leadership and Management Excellence) awards, recognising excellence and best practice within the health and fitness industry. Despite not winning first place, third place was a great achievement and the team is getting ready to nab first place in 2009.
