The Source recently launched the new and exclusive mock retail shop and store window, designed for learners to gain retail skills.

As part of the retail programmes at The Source, learners now have the ability to practice window dressing, till work, customer service and maintaining levels of stock control.

The Source gratefully received funding for this project, with Learner Intervention Development sponsoring the retail shop and the Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) funding the mock shop window.

Patricia Wilce (Work Based Learning Manager) said: "We received a great deal of support for this project and thankfully the generosity from our sponsors has enabled us to create a great place for learners to gain skills they can put into practice in the workplace."
