The Source receives Customer First Award.

In recognition of on-going commitment for improving the service offered to learners and employers in South Yorkshire. The scheme sets out guidelines for publicly funded organisations, allowing them to constantly evaluate the quality of service they provide to both learners and local businesses. Only by offering the best service for their clients and meeting a strict set of criteria are those on the scheme awarded the Customer First Award.
Dainne Wainwright, The Source Centre Manager said: "Customer First has given us the opportunity to asses our policies and procedures and improve on areas for development. We always put the learner and local businesses first, therefore to receive the customer First award is a great way to recognise the work of the team."
