"Skills for Jobs" is a training programme at The Source at Meadowhall - enabling people to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to find employment following a break from the world of work. 

The training is flexible, allowing learners the opportunity to tailor a training programme to suit their needs. The programme is carefully balanced to help participants improve their knowledge of the retail industry whilst gaining essential employability skills.
